Oh good! I wouldn't want ANYONE to live in a world where Steve's hair turned into an afro!

In all seriousness, it's kinda embarrassing that some of us (myself included) seemed to think he was actually fighting something despite it being shown he was asleep while all this was occurring.

@Shadow Scryer: who says he couldn't have been fighting something real in the land of the dream, to quote the Matrix "What is real? How do you define real? If you're talking about what you can feel, what you can smell, what you can taste and see then real is just electrical signals in your brain."

wait a second He went to sleep in his shadow what happened to it?

Um... @Shadowdeath: that's a good question. If the dream is a sign, I think his shadow power has gotten a mind of its own now.

@Guest: Well we've already discovered the shadow is sentient because it slipped the crown on him. That joke he made earlier while training with Azrael is probably coming back to bite him in the butt... or slug him in the face.

I doubt just a dream

@mhalpern: I agree, but the, albeit poorly worded, point is some of us were acting as if the fight was bound by the laws of reality... as flimsy as they are when this nutjob of a Drow's involved. For instance, one guy suggested sicing Mauls-a-lot on his quarry.

Actually, the more I think about it, the more you're probably right. When has Steve ever had such a nightmare, let alone one he's completely lucid for? And even if it is just his overstressed mind tormenting him, the bending laws of reality might cause problems if it changes anything like it does with the Pink Elephants.
